Manufacturing process

• Raw materials: Carefully selected clays, aggregates and cementitious binders are tested for composition and moisture content prior to production.

• Curing & firing: Depending on the brick type, units are kiln-fired or steam-cured to achieve target compressive strengths (e.g. 7 MPa for cement stock bricks).
• Quality checks: Each batch is inspected for compressive strength, water absorption, dimensional tolerance, surface defects and colour consistency.

Packing & shipping

• Palletised with reinforced wooden pallets and shrink-wrap.
• Edge protection and strapping to prevent shifting in transit.
• Export consignments are crated with moisture barriers and documented for customs clearance.
